60-minute fitness training sessions tailored to your specific needs and goals.

What you feed your body greatly impacts energy during workouts as well as overall health.  Learn to make significant yet manageable changes in your diet without feeling deprived.


Work with one or more friends for a unique and fun experience!  Sessions customized to goals and needs of group.


Provide opportunities for your employees to be fit!  Work productivity increases while sick time and injury decrease when employees participate in wellness programming including cardiovascular, strength and core training along with flexibility, nutrition and stress reduction.


Exercise programming personalized for your goals and lifestyle.


Lectures/workshops for small and large groups on topics including:  beginning an exercise program, fitting fitness into a busy lifestyle, how to make the most of your time in the gym, nutrition basics and stress reduction.  Topics can be tailored to your group.

FREQUENCY:
All personal trianing and group fitness options can be done on a short-term or long-term basis at the frequency of your choice.  I have clients who I see 1, 2 and 3 times per week, as well as clients who see me specifically to shape up for an event or have an exercise program created or updated (see packages below).  I have small groups who schedule short-term six to eight week sessions.  You may choose what works for you!
